Loka provides software tools for meeting capture, transcription, organization, and AI-assisted summaries. Features may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, limited, or offered in beta form without prior notice.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their accounts.
Users may not use Loka to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content they do not have the right to process. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions and notices for any meeting content they upload or connect.
Users retain responsibility for the content they submit to Loka. By using the service, users authorize Loka to host, store, transmit, and process submitted content as needed to operate the product and provide requested functionality.
Loka is provided on an evolving basis and may experience interruptions, delays, errors, or downtime. Loka may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loka is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loka and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
