For account, billing, or in-app questions, signed-in users can reach support directly from the dashboard, which gets routed to the same queue with your account context attached. For security disclosures, please use the channel published on our Security page so the report reaches our security responder directly.

For data-protection requests — exports, deletions, sub-processor lists, or contract reviews — see the Data Processing Agreement and mention the request type in the subject line. We route compliance asks separately so they don't queue behind general support.

Loka Note is built in Yangon. We answer in English, Burmese, or Vietnamese, whichever you prefer. If your message is time-sensitive, say so — we'll prioritise it.
