Every Loka feature, plus the identity, governance, security, support, and commercial terms large organizations need. Custom pricing, centrally administered.

Self-serve accounts pay per minute with one-time top-ups. Enterprise replaces that with a contracted, centrally-administered relationship — custom pricing, a signed DPA and MSA, SSO on request, configurable retention, and a defined support SLA. The product does the same thing; Enterprise changes how your organization governs, secures, scales, and pays for it.

Pricing is custom — typically per-seat with a pooled minutes allowance, billed annually by invoice, purchase order, ACH, or wire. Tell us about your team below and we’ll put together a proposal, including any compliance documentation your procurement or security review needs.

Centralized identity

Single sign-on (SSO / SAML 2.0) through your IdP — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping. Enforced MFA and just-in-time deprovisioning on request.

Governance & administration

Organization-wide policy, role-based access, audit trails, and access reviews. Manage many users under one contract instead of individual self-serve checkouts.

Volume economics

Pooled, custom-sized transcription minutes shared across your team, with per-member and org-level usage reporting. Negotiated overage instead of fixed retail caps.

Security

Per-user encryption at rest (LLM inference under Zero Data Retention — never trained on your data), TLS everywhere, private recording storage, CSP/HSTS, rate limiting, and continuous SAST/DAST.

Compliance evidence

DPA ready to sign, published subprocessor register, PCI SAQ-A, and a SOC 2 program (Security + Availability + Confidentiality). We complete SIG/CAIQ security questionnaires under NDA.

Data governance & residency

Configurable retention set by contract (30 days to multi-year, or until deletion), region selection on request, full data export, and certified deletion.

Support & SLA

Priority support with a named contact, contracted response targets, guided onboarding, a defined escalation path to engineering, and an uptime SLA with service credits.

Extensibility

Browser extension, native iOS app, Google Meet & Calendar capture, plus a roadmap of key-authenticated REST API, webhooks, and SIEM log streaming offered as contracted commitments.
