Approved partners earn 40% commission on every initial plan purchase, every plan renewal, and every top-up made by customers they refer, for the lifetime of the subscription. Attribution is first-touch: the first valid referral link a customer hits is the one that's credited, and the binding does not expire. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Each approved partner receives a unique tracking link and a unique code. The link sets a server-side cookie that is consumed during signup; the binding is then permanent. Partners may not engage in cookie stuffing, link cloaking that hides the destination, or any method that attributes customers who did not knowingly click their link.
Partners may request a payout at any time once their unpaid commission balance is at least $50. Payouts are processed manually within a few business days of the request. Payout method (PayPal, bank transfer, USDC, etc.) is selected by the partner at request time; Loka may decline payout methods that incur disproportionate fees and request an alternative. Refunds do not reverse commission once attributed; chargebacks may.
Partners may not (a) run paid search ads using Loka, Lokanote, or any Loka trademark as a keyword; (b) impersonate Loka or imply official endorsement beyond the partner relationship; (c) make false or misleading claims about the product, pricing, or features; (d) target customers via spam, unsolicited DMs, or unsolicited email lists; (e) post to coupon, voucher, or cashback aggregator sites unless explicitly approved in writing; (f) use deceptive incentives that promise cash back, kickbacks, or rewards in exchange for using their link.
Partners may use the Loka name, logo, and product screenshots for the sole purpose of promoting Loka. Partners must not modify the Loka logo, combine it with their own brand to suggest a partnership beyond what exists, or use product imagery in a way that misrepresents features.
Loka may approve or decline applications at our discretion. Approved partners may be removed from the program at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, low-quality referrals, brand-safety concerns, or program-wide changes. Unpaid commission accrued in good faith up to the termination date will still be paid out subject to the $50 minimum; commission attributable to violating activity will not.
Partners are independent contractors and are solely responsible for any income, sales, or other taxes arising from commissions received. Loka does not withhold taxes. By participating, the partner represents that they are legally permitted to receive promotional payments in their jurisdiction.
Loka may update commission rates, payout terms, prohibited methods, or other aspects of the program. Material changes will be communicated to active partners in advance. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
The program is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Loka makes no guarantee of earnings, referral volume, conversion rates, or continued program availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loka's liability arising from program participation is limited to unpaid commission accrued at the time of dispute.
